⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Publicity for the 2027 recruiting calendar 342,250 set.
⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender documentation.
⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation.
⑹ Procedure for tender Suppliers shall submit the estimate of total sum excluding consumption tax.
⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : eligible suppliers for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the necessary consent for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have higher than Grade C "Manufacture of Product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ are not being suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑻ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 on 1 September, 2026 in case of by mail, 10 : 00 2 September 2026 in case of by hand.
