As part of the implementation of the subject of the (basic) order, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) prepare from 4 to 6 articles in the regional press, 2) prepare from 5 to 7 articles on local or regional internet 3) prepare 2 articles on industry (ecological) portals, 2. The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of exercising the option right within the scope of this order. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of exercising the option right, within the scope of which it may purchase the publication of additional paid articles within 12 months from the date of completion of the basic order, in accordance with the SOPZ, i.e. in particular: 1) preparation of 1 to 6 articles in the regional press, 2) preparation of 1 to 7 articles on local or regional internet 3) preparation of 1 to 2 articles on industry (ecological) portals. 4. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right up to 14 days before the deadline for the execution of the basic order, by submitting a written statement to the Contractor, indicating the date of exercising the option right. In the event that the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1D to the SWZ, it will be introduced as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 6. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 7. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship. 8.
