Although this procurement is being conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN), it is structured differently from a typical CPN process. This approach has been adopted to enhance the efficiency of evaluating supplier responses across both stages (SPD and ITT). The UofG wishes to run an 18-month pilot to deliver a structured co-founder venture development programme in the field of complex hardware systems. This programme aims to deliver new venture creation via partnership with a co-founder organisation that can bring skills in market opportunity identification/validation, engineering resource and entrepreneurial leadership to secure seed investment for up to [3] ventures.
