Description

The Item for purchase and removal is a 10.6 metre fibreglass launch, vessel registration BX360, vessel name ‘Georgia’. The vessel is currently moored within the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour at the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) Marine Operations Centre, 14 Capo D’Orlando Drive, South Fremantle, Western Australia. The vessel was initially reported as sinking at Maylands Boat Ramp, Swan River on 6 December 2025. On 20 January 2026, the vessel was successfully refloated and towed to Courtesy Mooring 1279 on the Swan River, where it remained until being relocated to its current location within the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour. The vessel was moved pursuant to regulation 40K (Obstruction Notice) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 (NWR). The Item is being sold pursuant to regulation 42(a) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958.
