Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Barisal PWD Division. Establishment of Cancer Unit at Medical College Hospital of Eight Divisional Head Quarters (15 storied building with 17 storied foundation having 2(two) basement ) at Barishal Medical College Hospital, Barishal. Sub Head : Supply & Installation of Lift 1000kg Passenger cum Bed Lift -3 Nos, 1250Kg Passenger cum Bed Lift -1 Nos, 1600 Kg Fire Lift - 1Nos . Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) 2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Lift as supplier shall be 5 (five) years. 3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Lift successfully completed within the last 5 years, value of at least Tk. 09.00 (Nine) Crore under a single contract under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Crore (in the form PG3-8). 5. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per STD (in the form PG3-6) only from Sole Agent for Lift. 6. The minimum supply or production capacity of lift shall be at least 10 (ten) nos of lift in one years. 7. Catalogue and Technical Specifications of Proposed Brand. 8. The tender must possess: i) TIN Certificate, (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iii) Up-to-date trade license, (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. 9.
