Supply and Installation of Medical Gas Pipe Line System of Burn and Plastic Surgery Unit at Faridpur Medical College Hospital Campus, Faridpur. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1) Reputed Contractors / Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of General Experience in Construction Works. 2)Reputed Contractors / Construction firms who have Specific Experience of work in the successful completion of at least 01 (one) similar work completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous or any UN Organization which is vetted by the Government Engineer (PWD) of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 2.20 (Two Point Two Zero) Crore in a single contract. 3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of theTenderers shall be Tk 1.50 (One Point Five Zero) Crore. In the form of a letter of Commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form ePW3-8) without alteration. 4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.00 (Three) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. 5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Crore (to submit ongoing works details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information. 6) Up to date VAT registration certificate/BIN, up to date Income tax clearance certificate obtained from NBR and Trade License, ABC Electrical License and up to date ABC supervisory License from Bangladesh Electric License Board.
