Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Lalmonirhat PWD Division ,Lalmonirhat. The construction of the Department of Narcotics Control District Office 5 Storied Building with 7 Storied Foundation at Lalmonirhat (including separate accommodation for male and female staff), (1st Phase) Internal sanitary and Electrical works, Pump house, Sub-station room, Guard room, Saluting dias, Internal RCC roads, Shipai shed, Main gate, Main drain, Boundary wall, Barbed wire fencing, External water supply and sanitary works, PABX and Intercom system, CCTV, Networking system, PA and digital conference system, lightning protection system, Compound and security lighting, Solar system, Signboard, Fire extinguisher, and Pump motor set. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria: 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of frame structure (5 storied building with 5 storied foundation) work including Civil, Sanitary and internal Electrification Works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1050.00 (One Thousand and Fifty) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1200.00 (Twelve Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate will be rejected and tenderer treated as non-responsive. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities(in the e-PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred ) Lac. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have 1050.00((One Thousand and Fifty)) lac. ( Tenderer’s Capacity Information (Form PW3-6) 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license. 7. PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 will be followed in this Tender. 8.Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC. * Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
