Q2/2026_Production and supply of selected elements of urban furniture

The subject of the contract is not the supply of production molds for bus shelters and railings. Contrary to the originally considered option, the installation of furniture elements is not part of the public contract. The subject of the public contract is also not the service and maintenance of furniture elements. The estimated value of the public contract, including reserved changes to the contract, was indicated in the preliminary notice in the range of CZK 300,000,000 to 370,000,000 excluding VAT. The currently stated estimated value of CZK 300,000,000 excluding VAT is within this range. This is the estimated value of all performances that may arise from the framework agreement for the public contract, including possible changes to the obligations reserved in the tender documentation pursuant to § 100 ZZVZ (in the amount of CZK 165,000,000 excluding VAT), as of the date of commencement of the tender procedure. The contracting authority states, to exclude any doubts, that the final assembly (including glass and wooden elements) and installation of furniture elements by the contracting authority or a designated third party does not exclude the possible exercise of rights arising from the warranty for quality as regulated in the framework agreement.
