This guideline explains the details of the work that the Japan International Cooperation Agency (hereinafter referred to as "JICA") intends to commission to private consultants, and the method for selecting the contractor. (6) Restriction on Advance Payment. For this contract, as the contract performance period exceeds 12 months, the maximum amount for advance payment will be restricted. Specifically, advance payments will be allowed to be claimed in installments of one year each, with the following limits set.
