For the procurement of this service, JICA will select the most advantageous contractor by evaluating and selecting based on the comprehensive score of the technical evaluation points, which are derived from the plans, technical proposals, and capabilities of the competing participants' proposals, and the price evaluation points, which are based on the quoted prices in the quotations submitted by the competing participants. Competing participants are requested to submit proposals and quotations for this service based on this document and the loaned materials. Please note that Chapter 2 "Draft Special Specifications" and Chapter 3, Section 2 "Conditions for Service Implementation" of this document outline the basic content for preparing proposals. Competing participants are not precluded from supplementing, improving, or modifying any part of these sections when submitting their proposals. The proposed content will be discussed during contract negotiations with the party granted the right to negotiate the contract, and the "Special Specifications" will be finalized and agreed upon as an attachment to the contract. These will be determined through consultation during contract negotiations. (5) Lump Sum (Fixed Price Contract) Type This service will be procured on a lump sum (fixed price contract) basis, where a fixed amount will be paid upon completion of the deliverables for the service, rather than a remuneration determination method based on work experience. (6) Limitation of Advance Payment For this contract, the advance payment will be limited as the contract performance period exceeds 12 months. Specifically, advance payments will be permitted to be claimed in installments on a yearly basis, with the following limits set for each installment. Please note that this is based on the assumed contract performance period in (4) above.
