Original language: huNSZKK részére szükséges 538 doboz/üveg/cső Qiagen fogyóanyag beszerzése nettó 145 000 000 Ft/24 +12 hónap (opcionális) keretösszegben. Teljesítés helyére történő szállítás Ajánlattevő feladata. Jelen keretmegállapodásos eljárás alapján megkötésre kerülő Keretmegállapodás (továbbiakban KM) 2. részében Ajánlatkérő egyedileg felmerülő igényeit a Kbt.105. § (1) bek.a) pont szerint rendeli meg. A KM 2. részében a kereskedelmi-műszaki táblázatban szereplő termékeket az értékelési szempontra (legalacsonyabb ár) adott ajánlattevői áron köteles szállítani. A KM 2. részének szabályai: Kbt. 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pont alapján Ajánlatkérő egyedileg felmerülő igénye alapján konkrétan megrendelni kívánt specifikációjú termékek és mennyisége alapján közvetlen megrendelést küld a nyertes ajánlattevő részére. Ajánlatkérő egy ajánlattevővel köti meg a keretmegállapodást. A szerződés feltételei ismertek és a keretmegállapodásban rögzítettek. Ajánlatkérőnek a KM 2. részében keretmegállapodásban megrendelési kötelezettsége nem áll fenn.
