Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Quadrangle upgrade at Balga Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to transform the existing courtyard into an enhanced outdoor learning and recreation space. The project includes new landscaping, irrigated turf and garden beds, playground mulch areas and associated drainage upgrades to improve functionality, amenity and stormwater management. Existing site features will be retained where practical and integrated into the new design to create a safe, engaging and durable environment for students. Demolition works are to be undertaken during the September school holidays, with all remaining works to be completed during the Christmas school holiday period.
