The City of Leipzig, Office for Housing and Urban Development (AWS), is tendering for the neighborhood management INTIGRA+ Mockau for the funding area "SZP Leipzig-Mockau" within the federal-state program "Social Cohesion - Shaping Coexistence in the Neighborhood Together" based on the regulation in No. 9.2 a) FRL-StBauE of March 7, 2022 (SächsABl. p. 361), for the period from 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2028 (the entire period is subject to budgetary reservation). Preliminary remarks on neighborhood management INTIGRA+ Mockau Based on the Integrated Urban Development Concept Mockau 2030+, the City of Leipzig has created an instrument of integrated urban development that, based on a broad civic and stakeholder participation process, sets needs-oriented impulses for the future development of Mockau in order to make the disadvantaged district more sustainable and livable. The INTIGRA+ neighborhood management is intended to enable local stakeholders and residents to build self-sustaining network structures and thus become sustainably capable of action. The implementation of the STEK Mockau 2030+ is managed by the Office for Housing and Urban Development of the City of Leipzig. The implementation of individual measures is carried out according to responsibility by the specialized departments of the city administration and by local stakeholders, in coordination with the specialized coordination rounds. To avoid conflicts of interest, offers will not be considered in which the bidders or their employees themselves have undertaken assignments from the federal government, the Free State of Saxony and/or the City of Leipzig that could influence the independence of the neighborhood management. The use of persons in employment subsidized by the employment agency or through the Federal Volunteer Service is excluded for the performance of the task.
