QNA Tech - No Response8. Itegix - $135,905.21Comp Citi Business Solution bid is the lowest, and as a result, FISA-OPA deems the bid response to be fair and reasonable. Also, FISA-OPA has had extensive experience with Comp Citi Business Solution and continues to be satisfied with their performance. Therefore, FISA-OPA has determined that Comp Citi Business Solution has the requisite integrity to perform this contract.
