The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure :(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorised Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(BIG-QN260031) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for Quotation For Provision Of Underground Detection Services And Trial Trenches For Demolition Works At Project D (Batch 32)"The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is sent to tenderer for access to the quotation documents.
