入 札 公 告下記のとおり一般競争入札に付します。令和８年６月17日 分任支出負担行為担当官中部管区警察局福井県情報通信部長今本 良一記１ 契約担当官等の官職及び氏名分任支出負担行為担当官中部管区警察局福井県情報通信部長 今本 良一２ 競争入札に付する事項(1) 工 事 件 名 通信機器整備等工事Ｒ８－１(2) 工 事 場 所 仕様書のとおり(3) 工 事 期 間 契約締結日の翌日から令和９年３月15日まで(4) 入 札 方 法 等 入札金額は、総価を記入すること。なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する金額を加算した金額(１円未満の端数があるときは、その端数を切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった金額の110分の 100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。３ 競争入札に参加する者に必要な資格(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条及び第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。(2) 令和７・８年度の内閣府競争入札参加資格(建設工事)において、「建築一式」もしくは「電気通 信」の「Ａ」、「Ｂ」、又は「Ｃ」の資格を有する者であること。(3) 警察庁から指名停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。(4) 秘密の内容を含む事項の場合は、当方が必要とする秘密の保全に関する事項について、当方の承認が得られている者であること。(5) 警察当局から、暴力団若しくは暴力団員が実質的に経営を支配する事業者又はこれに準ずるものとして、国発注業務等から排除要請があり、当該状態が継続している者でないこと。(6) 秘密の内容を含む事項の場合は、当方が必要とする秘密の保全に関する事項について、当方の承認が得られている者であること。４ 契約条項を示し、入札説明書の配布を行う場所及び期間(1) 場 所 福井県福井市大手三丁目17番１号中部管区警察局福井県情報通信部通信庶務課経理係(福井県警察本部庁舎５階) 問合せ先 電話 0776-22-2880(代表)MAIL fukui.CGA@npa.go.jp(2) 期 間 令和８年６月17日(水)から令和８年７月１日(水)までの官庁執務時間内 (８時30分～17時15分、ただし、土日祝日を除く。)(3) その他 上記３(2)の資格を有することを証明する書類(写)を提出すること。 入札説明書の配布を希望する者は、事前に上記問合せ先へ連絡すること。５ 納入予定機器等リストの提出期限(1) 期 限 令和８年７月１日(水)17時15分(3) その他 電子メールによる提出とする。６ 入札書及び入札に必要となる書類の提出場所及び期限(1) 場 所 福井県福井市大手三丁目17番１号中部管区警察局福井県情報通信部通信庶務課経理係(福井県警察本部庁舎５階)(2) 期 限 令和８年７月28日(火)17時15分(3) その他 郵便書留等による提出も可とする。(上記６(2)の日時必着)７ 開札の場所及び日時(1) 場 所 福井県福井市大手三丁目17番１号中部管区警察局福井県情報通信部通信庶務課(福井県警察本部庁舎会議室)(2) 日 時 令和８年７月29日(水)10時00分８ 入札保証金徴収免除９ 入札の無効 本公告に示した入札参加に必要な資格の無い者の入札及び入札条件に違反した入札は無効とする。10 契約書作成の要否契約の締結に当たっては、契約書を作成するものとする。11 低入札価格調査の実施 落札者となるべき者の入札価格が予算決算及び会計令第85条の規定に基づき設定された調査基準価格を下回るときは、予算決算及び会計令第86条第１項の規定に基づき低入札価格調査を行うものとする。
