Tender Announcement. We will proceed with a general competitive tender as follows. Matters Concerning the Tender: (1) Procurement Subject and Quantity: Maintenance and Inspection Services for Transformation and Distribution Equipment Outsourcing, Lump Sum. (2) Details of Procurement Subject: As per the attached Tender Explanation Document and Specifications. (3) Performance Period: From December 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. (4) Delivery Location: National Center for Disaster Medicine, National Hospital Organization, Independent Administrative Institution. (5) Bidding Method: The first negotiator will be determined by the lowest price method. Therefore: ① The bid submitted by the bidder shall include all expenses required for the outsourced services, such as direct costs for the procurement subject, equipment, materials, machinery, transportation costs, etc., and shall be an estimate of the contract amount. ② When determining the first negotiator, the amount obtained by adding 10% of the amount stated in the bid to the stated amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, that fraction shall be rounded down) shall be the successful bid price. (6) Personnel involved in the inspection of transformation and distribution equipment and temporary work must possess a Class 1 Electrician qualification. (7) Personnel involved in the inspection of emergency power generation equipment must be technicians certified by the power generation equipment manufacturer. (8) Personnel involved in the inspection of DC power supply units must be certified technicians for battery equipment maintenance.
