Formålet med anskaffelsen er å bidra til at ansatte ved servicetorget, helsestasjonen, tildeling, rådhuskafeen og politisk og administrativ ledelse i Gjøvik rådhus opplever en trygg arbeidshverdag ved å gi tilgang til kollegavarslingsalarm som rutes til andre kollegaer som befinner seg i nærheten. Det er ønskelig å kjøpe kollegavarsling som en tjeneste, der leverandør selv eier, administrerer og drifter utstyr og løsning.
På grunn av ferieavvikling vil ikke spørsmål stilt av tilbydere ikke bli besvart i ukene 25, 29, 30 og 31.
