Raamovereenkomst Elektromechanisch toegangs- en sluitsysteem voor WSRL Opdrachtgever: Waterschap Rivierenland Waterschap Rivierenland (WSRL) heeft vanuit haar verantwoordelijkheid voor de veiligheid en continuïteit van bedrijfsvoering en vitale installaties te maken met wettelijke verplichtingen op het gebied van risicobeheersing en beveiliging. In dat kader is het noodzakelijk om passende maatregelen te treffen ter voorkoming van ongeautoriseerde toegang tot locaties en installaties. Hiervoor is WSRL op zoek naar een opdrachtnemer die zorgdraagt voor een professionele en proactieve dienstverlening, gericht op het ontzorgen van WSRL bij de levering, installatie, implementatie en ondersteuning van het elektromechanisch toegangs- en sluitsysteem gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst. WSRL wenst met één Inschrijver een raamovereenkomst te sluiten, in het kader waarvan gedurende twee jaar, met een optionele verlenging van maximaal drie keer twee jaar, opdrachten voor Elektromechanische toegangs- en sluitsystemen voor WSRL kunnen worden geplaatst. De Algemene waterschapsinkoopvoorwaarden voor diensten (AWVODI-2018) zijn van toepassing. Voor zover sprake is van software, hosting, SaaS-diensten en overige ICT-componenten zijn aanvullend de bepalingen uit de Algemene Waterschapsvoorwaarden bij IT overeenkomsten (AWBIT-2023) van toepassing. In geval van tegenstrijdigheid prevaleert de AWBIT 2023 voor de betreffende ICT-component. Voorwaarden van de Inschrijver of andere algemene voorwaarden worden uitdrukkelijk van de hand gewezen.
