De doelstellingen van deze opdracht zijn:
โข Het geleverd krijgen van professionele, betrouwbare apparatuur c.q. onderdelen van apparatuur tegen een goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding;
โข Het verkrijgen van kwaliteitsproducten die weinig uitval kennen, stabiel, krachtig, stil, energiezuinig zijn. Daarom betrekken wij hardware van de zogenoemde A-merken, waarbij leverancier tevens is aangemerkt als authorized reseller van deze merken. Daarbij dient de leverancier minimaal (ook) Apple Device Enrollment Reseller en CSP van Microsoft te zijn.
โข Het selecteren van een betrouwbare, professionele, ervaren totaalleverancier van ICT hardware:
o die een breed scala aan ICT apparatuur kan leveren;
o die servicegericht, klantgericht, flexibel is, goed communiceert en meedenkt met Gemeente;
o die oog heeft voor duurzaam ondernemen, in het bijzonder voor de circulaire economie zodat afvalstromen worden verminderd c.q. voorkomen;
o die leveringen en diensten zo klimaatneutraal mogelijk uitvoert.
