De opdracht betreft de levering van de benodigde instrumentatie, reagentia en verbruiksgoederen, evenals opleiding, onderhoud en technische ondersteuning van een geautomatiseerd moleculair diagnostisch platform voor de detectie en differentiatie van SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A/ B en RSV in respiratoire stalen met behulp van een multiplex real-time PCR (qPCR)), inclusief visualisatie van Ct-waarden. Het systeem dient gebruik te maken van een gesloten, single-use “sample-to-result” testcartridge waarin de volledige analytische workflow, inclusief staalvoorbereiding, amplificatie en detectie, geautomatiseerd wordt uitgevoerd. Het systeem is geschikt voor snelle respiratoire diagnostiek binnen de context van een klinisch laboratorium en moet kunnen worden gekoppeld met het LIS.
