Original language: DutchRaamovereenkomst voor de ontwikkeling van conventiebeheermodules voor UZA. De ondernemer zal worden aangesteld voor de ontwikkeling van conventies die van overheidswege worden bepaald. De ondernemer volgt daarbij de van overheidswege vooropgestelde voorwaarden, procedures, termijnen, etc. met betrekking tot de overheidsconventies nauwgezet op, alsook eventuele wijzigingen hieraan. Onder conventie(beheermodule)s wordt verstaan: - Revalidatieovereenkomsten, zowel diegene die onder federale bevoegdheid vallen als deze die onder de Vlaamse bevoegdheid vallen; - Andere overeenkomsten waarbij een aanvraag en akkoord van de adviserend arts nodig is. De ondernemer verbindt er zich ertoe de nodige inspanningen te leveren opdat software(toepassingen) binnen een redelijke en zo kort mogelijke termijn volledig operationeel zijn en conform in gebruik kunnen worden genomen door het UZA, uitgaande van de termijnen en voorwaarden die van overheidswege worden bepaald.
