Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op het ophalen, bewaren en begraven of cremeren van stoffelijke overschotten, inclusief burgerlijke of religieuze plechtigheden, voor overledenen waarvoor Stad/OCMW Oostende verantwoordelijkheid draagt. De opdracht geld voor: - Personen die zijn ingeschreven in de bevolkingsregisters van Stad Oostende, en die niet over voldoende financiële middelen beschikken om een uitvaart te betalen, en/of waarvan de nabestaanden financieel niet in staat zijn om de uitvaart te organiseren. - Personen zonder domicilie in België, die overleden zijn op het grondgebied van Stad Oostende en voor wie geen familieleden of andere personen optreden om de uitvaart te organiseren of te bekostigen. De opdracht moet voor Stad Oostende een maximale ontzorging betekenen. Onder ontzorging wordt onder meer verstaan: - Het vervoer van de overledenen in het kader van bovenstaande opdracht - Een goede dienstverlening en transparante communicatie tussen de opdrachtnemer en stadsdiensten - Het hanteren van een all-in prijsstructuur die duidelijk en voorspelbaar is. De Stad Oostende zoekt een opdrachtnemer die actief aanwezig is op het grondgebied van Oostende en die één vaste SPOC voorziet, die: - 24/7 bereikbaar is - Verantwoordelijk is voor de coördinatie van transport, bewaring en plechtigheden - Instaat voor de communicatie met nabestaanden - Alle administratieve opvolging verzorgt De opdrachtnemer verbindt zich ertoe om de Vlaamse regelgeving rond lijkbezorging en begraafplaatsen, inclusief de bepalingen met betrekking tot vervoer, bewaring, begraving en crematie strikt toe te passen gedurende de hele looptijd van de opdracht en houdt rekening met alle toekomstige wijzigingen, aanvullingen of interpretaties van de wetgeving die relevant zijn voor het uitvoeren van uitvaartdiensten in opdracht van OCMW Oostende.
