Original language: DutchWoonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid beschikt over heel wat liftinstallaties in diverse gebouwen in Ninove, Geraardsbergen, Aalst, Denderleeuw, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert, Lede en Wichelen. Door middel van deze raamovereenkomst zal het bestuur 1 dienstverlener aanstellen voor: 1. Deel 1: het onderhouden van de liftinstallaties: het betreft een onderhoudscontract van het type “beperkte omnium” : periodiek preventief onderhoud 2. Deel 2: het uitvoeren van herstellingen (die niet in het onderhoud begrepen zijn) en kleine aanpassingen; Deze raamovereenkomst is GEEN 100% exclusiviteitsovereenkomst. Het bouwen van nieuwe liftinstallaties en uitvoeren van renovaties / moderniseringen zit niet in deze overeenkomst vervat. De overeenkomst kan bijkomend uitgebreid worden met het onderhoud van nieuwe nog te bouwen installaties.
