Original language: DutchVoorwerp van deze diensten: Raamovereenkomst voor de ophaling, het transport en de verwerking van afvalfracties en huur van afval recipiënten voor de Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen 2027-2032 Toelichting: Deze raamopdracht omvat het huren van diverse types en groottes van afval recipiënten, het ophalen, transporteren en verwerken van het afval en dit volgens de bepalingen van het afvalstoffendecreet en alle toepasselijke Europese, federale en regionale regelgevingen. De opdracht heeft betrekking op het afval geproduceerd binnen de diverse sites behorend tot de Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen. Deze omvatten 7 provinciale domeinen, 26 provinciale scholen/ lesplaatsen, erfgoedcentra, opleidingscentra voor urgentie diensten, het provinciehuis en diverse administratieve gebouwen. De opdracht kent geen exclusief recht toe aan de opdrachtnemer. Indien voor occasionele en/of zéér specifieke afvalstoffen de opdrachtnemer geen gunstig voorstel kan doen, kan de opdrachtgever deze toevertrouwen aan een firma die een beter voorstel doet. Enkele zéér specifieke afvalfracties zoals mest en labo-afval behoren niet tot deze opdracht.
