Rodent control in Western Hungary

Based on a framework contract, perform chemical pest control against rodents at the sites and rest areas operated by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. based on ad hoc orders. Part 1: Rodent control in Western Hungary (framework amount: HUF 19,000,000), with estimated quantities as follows: - site: 134,320 m2 - rest area: 49,990 m2 Rodent control activities to be carried out in buildings and rest areas at sites operated by the Contracting Authority for mouse and rat species. When issuing an ad hoc order, the Contracting Authority will specify the built-up area of the sites, and for rest areas, the area (including surroundings of waste bins, rest area furniture, toilet buildings, etc.) where the pest control task is to be performed. The Contracting Authority will assist the Tenderer's work by sending site plans and, if necessary, by conducting an on-site inspection before commencement. a.) Preventive installation throughout the entire site area: installation of a multi-zone defense around the property within the fence, in office spaces, social rooms, storage rooms, workshops. Re-inspection within 7 days after the initial installation and replenishment if rodenticide is consumed. Re-inspection and replenishment must be maintained until no rodenticide is consumed and a 3-month rodent-free period is ensured. b.) Ad hoc control with maintenance of freedom from pests: pest control activity at a site or rest area in a specific building and its surroundings. Re-inspection within 7 days after the initial installation and replenishment if rodenticide is consumed. Re-inspection and replenishment must be maintained until no rodenticide is consumed and a 1-month rodent-free period is ensured. Rodent control material is to be placed and secured in special bait boxes, marked according to regulations. 7 days after pest control, the effectiveness of the operation must be re-checked by monitoring rodenticide consumption. The service will be used based on the appearance of rodents at the locations specified in the individual orders. The warranty period is 1 month. Ad hoc orders can be placed until the net framework amount specified in the contract is exhausted, but no later than the expiry of the fixed term of 12 months from the effective date of the contract.
