Im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung für das Los 1 „Change-Begleitung“ wird der Dienstleister ausgewählte Veränderungsprozesse unterstützen. Derzeit sind jährlich bis zu 5 Aufträge mit jeweils bis zu 15 Beratungstagen möglich. Abweichungen von dieser Planung sind jederzeit möglich. Die Change-Begleitung erfolgt bedarfsgerecht und individuell auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen des laufenden Veränderungsvorhabens abgestimmt. Dabei orientiert sie sich am geltenden Change-Framework der DFS. Wandel stellt einen zentralen Wert und einen wesentlichen Faktor für die Zukunftsfähigkeit der DFS dar. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst – wie bereits dargestellt – die Beratung und Planung von Change-Maßnahmen (inkl.
