Für die in den LUK untergebrachten Asylbewerber ist das Landesamt für Zuwanderung und Flüchtlinge (LaZuF) die zuständige Ausländerbehörde. Im Rahmen der ausländerrechtlichen Betreuung sind ebenfalls Dolmetscherleistungen zu erbringen. Auch werden regelmäßig medizinische Dolmetschende für den Ärztlichen Dienst in den Landesunterkünften benötigt. Darüber hinaus sind optional Dolmetscherleistungen für bereits laufende oder zukünftige Aufgaben des LaZuF zu erbringen. Bei Erreichen des Höchstwerts endet der Vertrag automatisch auch vor Ende der vorgesehenen Vertragslaufzeit. Es besteht keine Verpflichtung zur Mindestabnahme und die Abrechnung erfolgt nach tatsächlich erbrachten Leistungen.
