Die Weiterentwicklung, Konfiguration sowie der technische Support des CRM-Systems einschließlich der gematik-spezifischen Erweiterungen werden derzeit durch einen externen Dienstleister erbracht. Der zugrunde liegende Rahmenvertrag endet zum 02.03.2027. Zur Sicherstellung eines unterbrechungsfreien Betriebs sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Systems ist daher eine Folgebeschaffung erforderlich. Das Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist daher der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über Beratungs-, Entwicklungs- und Supportleistungen für das bestehende CRM-System einschließlich der gematik-spezifischen Erweiterungen. Gegenstand der Leistungen sind insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Lösung, die Pflege und Erweiterung des rollenbasierten Be-rechtigungsmodells (RBAC), die Integration weiterer Fachverfahren und Systeme, die Unterstützung des laufenden Betriebs sowie die fachliche und technische Beratung der gematik bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer CRM- und IAM-Landschaft.
