Framework Agreement for Janitorial and Moving Services for BaFin's Locations in Bonn

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of janitorial and moving services at and between the current and future service locations of BaFin in Bonn. The focus of the work will be on internal office moves and relocations between existing and new properties, reconfigurations of meeting rooms, and support services in facility management. The following tasks may arise in particular: - Internal distribution of consumables (copy paper, etc.) - Transport of consumables for events - Support for the mailroom in distributing mail and package deliveries - Support for the archive pool in transporting, hanging, and disposing of large quantities of files - Operation of authority-owned transport vehicles after instruction - Provision of waste and recycling bins for emptying - Loading and operation of the material press - Disposal of furniture - Support for inventory work - Installation of whiteboards, picture frames, escape route signage, etc. - Carrying out minor repairs to furniture / furnishings - Carrying out minor maintenance work without in-depth technical knowledge (e.g., replacing heating thermostats, oiling doors, replacing toilet seats, etc.) - Maintenance and repair work on the properties (e.g., sweeping corridors, waste disposal) - Setup and dismantling of internal events (e.g., summer party) In addition, furniture and material transport between BaFin's Bonn locations must be carried out. During the term of the framework agreement advertised here, the move into a new central office campus in Justus-von-Liebig-Straße is planned. This involves the termination of the lease and vacating the client's previous main property in Graurheindorfer Straße as well as another property in Dreizehnmorgenweg. This will lead to a large number of moving activities, including furniture disassembly and assembly, which may also have to be coordinated and carried out within short timeframes. Furthermore, furniture transport to the private residences of employees for the purpose of equipping home workstations is possible, as are trips to BaFin's locations in Frankfurt/Main.
