Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf von fair gehandeltem Bio-Kaffee und die Belieferung der hochschulgastronomischen Einrichtungen in Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing und Pfarrkirchen. Alle angebotenen Produkte müssen fair gehandelt und 100 % biologisch angebaut sein. Der Nachweis hierfür kann durch eine Fairtrade-Zertifizierung (Mindeststandard) und eine Bio-Zertifizierung (Mindeststandard EU-Biosiegel) oder durch andere geeignete Nachweise/Siegel erfolgen, so lange diese mindestens gleichwertig mit den geforderten Gütezeichen sind. Die Gleichwertigkeit abweichender Siegel muss durch den Bieter detailliert bei Angebotsabgabe nachgewiesen werden. Alle angebotenen Produkte müssen während der Vertragslaufzeit dauerhaft verfügbar und innerhalb von maximal 5 Arbeitstagen lieferbar sein. Einzige Ausnahme ist die Abkündigung eines Produktes durch den Hersteller. In diesem Fall muss der Auftragnehmer unverzüglich und unaufgefordert einen vergleichbaren Ersatzartikel anbieten.
