Original language: GermanDas Landespolizeiamt Schleswig-Holstein schreibt mit diesem Vergabeverfahren die Rahmenvereinbarung für die Modernisierung ihrer drei 27 m-Küstenboote aus. Als erstes Boot wird die Falshöft modernisiert. Weiterhin soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Modernisierungen der zwei weiteren Küstenboote geschlossen werden. Der Auftraggeber hat für die Vergabe der Modernisierung des ersten Küstenbootes an einen Auftragnehmer ein Budget von €6.800.000,- (sechs Millionen achthundert tausend) inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von zurzeit 19% zur Verfügung. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, das Vergabeverfahren ergebnislos zu beenden, wenn die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Maßnahme nicht nachgewiesen werden kann. Diese Rahmenvereinbarung regelt die Modernisierung von bis zu drei Küstenbooten (KB1–KB3). Die Höchstmenge der im Rahmen dieser Vereinbarung abrufbaren Leistungen beträgt drei Küstenboote. Mit Erreichen dieser Höchstmenge endet die Rahmenvereinbarung.
