Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über Beratungs-, Support- sowie Entwicklungs- und Programmierleistungen im Bereich SAP HCM, umfassend insbesondere die laufende Betreuung und Systempflege des SAP-HCM-Systems, die Sicherstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und der Zeitwirtschaft, das Customizing der Tarifstruktur sowie die Begleitung von Migrationsnacharbeiten. Das geschätzte Auftragsvolumen beträgt rund 100 Personentage pro Jahr bei einem Personentag von acht Stunden.
