Framework agreement for the delivery of up to 68,000 t (corresponding to the required demand of 34,000 m³ with a conversion factor of 2.0 t/m³) of mixed-grain soil of soil group SU to the sites in the Ronneburg remediation area of Wismut GmbH. The estimated and maximum quantities are specified in the tender documents. The following quality requirements apply to the material to be delivered: • Mixed-grain soil of soil group SU with consistently homogeneous properties, i.e., each individual delivery must meet the following quality requirements. • Soil type DIN 4022 S, u…S, u, g* • Soil group (DIN 18196) SU • Cohesion c' in kN/m² according to DIN 18137-T3 ≥ 0 • Angle of internal friction ϕ' in degrees according to DIN 18137-T3 ≥ 27.5 • Specific activity: Ra-226 in Bq/g according to DIN ISO 11465 < 0.2 • Uranium content Unat. in mg/kg according to DIN ISO 11465 < 16 • Pollutant content according to LAGA TR Boden 2004 ≤ Z0* (Tables II 1.2-2 and 2-3) • The grain size distribution curve of the delivered material must show a continuous trend, i.e., no gap grading. The grain size distribution of the delivered material must lie between the following defined lower and upper envelopes and must be guaranteed uniformly over the entire delivery period. Coarse gravel and rock fractions ≥ 20mm contained in the material must be crushed or sorted out at the extraction site.
