Framework agreement on the execution of electrical installation works and related construction in the supply area of Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD – KEZ Pazardzhik

This tender seeks to establish framework agreements, divided into five independent lots, for the execution of electrical installation works, including associated construction and dismantling activities. These works will be carried out within geographically defined rural and urban areas falling under the service territory of Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD in Bulgaria. The scope of services encompasses the erection, maintenance, and repair of low and medium voltage overhead power lines. It also includes the construction of trenches and associated pits, the installation of energy cable lines with all necessary materials, and excavation and restoration work for integrating these lines into buildings, cabinets, and switchboards, including securing lines and cables at their endpoints. Furthermore, the scope involves the creation of wall chases and niches, the installation of precast foundations for cabinets and boxes, and the breaking and restoration of paved surfaces, as well as the construction of base layers. A critical component of the service provision is the emergency and fault response service, which includes on-call duty to be maintained 24/7 throughout the year. Given the vital nature of the supply media and the potential hazards associated with faults, immediate remediation as a first response measure is imperative.
