Das Bundesamt für Strahlenschutz (BfS) beabsichtigt nachfolgende Dienstleistung zu vergeben: • Bauteilbeschaffung, Bestückung und PCB-Fertigung von 1.700 Stück Stromversorgungsplatinen • Bauteilbeschaffung, Bestückung und PCB-Fertigung von 1.700 Stück Temperatursensorplatinen Hierzu sind jeweils 3 Vorserienmuster beider o.g. Platinen in 2026 durch den Auftragnehmer zur Prüfung der Anforderungserfüllung und zur Funktionsprüfung zu übersenden. Die Serienfertigung erfolgt nach erfolgreicher Prüfung der Vorserie im Zeitraum ab 2026 bis Ende 2029 von jeweils 425 Stück. Die genauen Abrufmengen sowie das Abrufverfahren selbst können aus § 4 der Rahmenvereinbarung entnommen werden. Der Leistungsgegenstand ist die vollständige Fertigung der benannten Baugruppen nach Vorgaben und CAD-Daten des Auftraggebers (jeweils über ein Cadsoft Eagle Boardfile). Hierzu muss der Auftragnehmer die Beschaffung der notwendigen elektronischen Bauelemente vornehmen. Die notwendigen Bauteilte zur Fertigung können der ebenfalls übermittelten Bauteilstückliste (BOM) im CSV-Format entnommen werden. Hinsichtlich der durch den Auftragnehmer zu beachtenden Prozess-, Rework- und Umweltnormen beachten Sie bitte die vertraglichen Ausführungen - insbesondere unter § 5 - der Rahmenvereinbarung.
