Original language: GermanGegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Produktion/Druck und Lieferung von ärztlichen Vordrucken in den Bereichen der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe (Los 1) und der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigung Schleswig-Holstein (Los 2). Die Gestaltung und Verwendung der Vordrucke sowie die Produktanforderungen sind verbindlich in der "Vereinbarung über Vordrucke für die vertragsärztliche Versorgung", in den "Erläuterungen zur Vereinbarung über Vordrucke für die vertragsärztliche Versorgung" und in der "Vereinbarung über den Einsatz des Blankoformularbedruckungsverfahrens zur Herstellung und Bedruckung von Vordrucken für die vertragsärztliche Versorgung" zwischen der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung und dem GKV-Spitzenverband nach dem Bundesmantelvertrag Ärzte (BMV-Ä) in der jeweiligen Fassung geregelt. Für die Vordrucke der Psychotherapie und des Entlassmanagements sind die zwischen der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung und dem GKV-Spitzenverband getroffenen Vereinbarungen wie z.B. Psychotherapie- Vereinbarung in Verbindung mit der Mustersammlung Psychotherapie, dem Rahmenvertrag über ein Entlassmanagement beim Übergang in die Versorgung nach Krankenhausbehandlung und die Technische Anlage zum Rahmenvertrag über ein Entlassmanagement zu beachten. Die zu liefernden Vordrucke sind auf der Homepage der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung (http://www.kbv.de/html/formulare.php) hinterlegt und können dort eingesehen werden. Die Urheberrechte liegen bei der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung und dem GKV-Spitzenverband.
