Original language: GermanDie Leistung dient der Unterstützung des Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Klimaschutz, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit (BMUKN) im Rahmen seiner Ressortzuständigkeit. Nach Bedarf sind von der/dem Auftragnehmer*in (AN) auf Anforderung der Auftraggeberin (AG'in) juristische Unterstützungsleistungen in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten zu erbringen. Diese können sich insbesondere beziehen auf: - Fragen des allgemeinen Zivilrechts, - Fragen des Urheberrechts und des Presserechts - Fragen des Verwaltungs- und Verfassungsrechts, - Fragen des Strafrechts. Als Unterstützungsleistungen in den vorgenannten Rechtsgebieten kommen unter anderem in Betracht: - Bearbeitung rechtlicher Einzelfragen, aber auch grundlegender Fragestellungen, insbesondere in Form von gutachterlichen Stellungnahmen, - Beratung zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen, - Erstellung von Entwürfen für Schriftsätze und sonstigen Schreiben oder von Formulierungsvorschlägen, - Prüfung von Verträgen, Schadenersatzansprüchen.
