Durch den AN sollen folgende Leistungen umgesetzt werden: Modellpflege: Einarbeiten von Laufenden Veränderungen an einzelnen Bauwerken der Anlage so-wie am Gesamtmodell. Die Modelle wurden auf Grundlage von 2D Bestandsplänen sowie 3D Punktewollken erstellt. Auf der Anlage werden laufend umbaumaßnahmen durchgeführt. Diese Ver-änderungen sollen in die 3D Modelle eingearbeitet werden. Im Rahmen der Einarbeitung der Veränderungen an den 3D Modellen, werden parallel dazu auch die 2D Pläne sowie Listen innerhalb der Revit Datei gepflegt. Diese Aufgabe wird bei Bedarf auf der Anlage Asse erfolgen, eine BIM fähiger Laptop ist notwendig. Überführung der relevanten Daten aus den BIM-Modellen in die Computer Aided Facility Management (Digitales Gebäudemanagement) sowie Plant Maintenance (Digitale Instandhaltung) Software. Anpassung der Revit Modelle an Enscape Modellerweiterung: Es werden neue Bauwerke auf der Anlage Asse gebaut. Diese Objekte sollen in das Gesamtmodell der Anlage eingefügt werden.
