Original language: GermanIn den letzten 3 Jahren wurde die technische Ausrüstung über einen Rahmenvertrag beschafft. Diese Rahmenvereinbarung regelte die Preise für die Jahre 2023-2025. Dieser Vertrag ist zum 31.12.2025 ausgelaufen. Der Rahmenvertrag wird Bedingungen über Preis, Lieferung, Leistungsverzeichnis, Einhaltung von Produktstandards, Zahlungsweise, u.s.w. enthalten. Aufgrund der Planungssicherheit durch feststehende Preise, sowie einem geringerem Verwaltungsaufwand wird erneut ein Rahmenvertrag ausgeschrieben. Somit ist es möglich über den gesamten Zeitraum der 4 Jahre (05/2026-04/2030) Ausrüstung zu beschaffen, wenn sie tatsächlich benötigt wird.
