Original language: GermanIn den letzten 3 Jahren wurde Dienst – und Schutzbekleidung über einen Rahmenvertrag beschafft. Diese Rahmenvereinbarung regelte die Preise für die Jahre 2023-2025. Dieser Vertrag ist zum 31.12.2025 ausgelaufen. Der Rahmenvertrag wird Bedingungen über Preis, Lieferung, Leistungsverzeichnis, Einhaltung von Produktstandards, Zahlungsweise, u.s.w. enthalten. Aufgrund der Planungssicherheit durch feststehende Preise, sowie einem geringerem Verwaltungsaufwand wird erneut ein Rahmenvertrag ausgeschrieben. Somit ist es möglich über den gesamten Zeitraum der 4 Jahre (05/2026-04/2030) Bekleidung zu beschaffen, wenn sie tatsächlich benötigt wird.
