Die Außenanlagen müssen das gesamte Jahr über entsprechend den saisonalen Anforderungen gepflegt werden. Das bedeutet die Herstellung und Aufrechterhaltung der Verkehrssicherheit, eines gepflegten Außenbilds sowie den Erhalt der Pflanzen und der Bausubstanz der Außenanlagen der Objekte.
