Original language: GermanDie Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: - Abstimmung des konkreten Schulungsziels und der Zielgruppe mit dem Auftraggeber, - Erstellung bzw. Anpassung eines Schulungskonzepts auf Grundlage der in Anlage A darge-stellten Kursinhalte, - Durchführung der Schulung als Online-Präsenzschulung über Microsoft Teams oder in be-gründeten Ausnahmefällen als Inhouse-Schulung in Potsdam, - Bereitstellung aussagekräftiger Schulungsunterlagen, Übungen, Praxisbeispiele und Transfer-aufgaben, - Dokumentation der Teilnahme und Ausstellung von Teilnahmebescheinigungen, - fachliche Nachbetreuung der Teilnehmenden für bis zu 14 Kalendertage nach der Schulung, - Evaluation der Schulungen und Bereitstellung einer Auswertung an den Auftraggeber. Produkt- und Herstellernennungen, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams oder Learn365, beschreiben die beim Auftraggeber vorhandene Arbeits- und Systemumgebung. Gleichwertige Qua-lifikations- und Befähigungsnachweise sind zulässig, soweit die Leistung in dieser Systemumgebung fachgerecht erbracht werden kann.
