Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um Ausschreibungen für Mitarbeiter*innen in Technik und Verwaltung, für (wissenschaftlich) Beschäftigte in den Fachbereichen sowie für Professuren und hauptberuflich tätige Mitglieder*innen der Hochschulleitung. Die Bedingungen für den Abruf von Einzelaufträgen im Rahmen des Vertrags sollen durch dieses Vergabeverfahren umfassend festgelegt werden.
