Framework agreement for technical support for events Deutsches Museum Munich

For approximately 50 events annually (approx. 35 with live stream, approx. 15 without live stream), the Deutsches Museum requires a service provider for the setup, dismantling, and operation/support of event technology for internal and cooperative events of the Deutsches Museum. The event formats are predominantly lectures, discussion events, exhibition openings, award ceremonies, and exhibit handovers. These events primarily take place in the auditorium and exhibition halls. Between approximately 50 to 250 people attend each event. In the library building on the museum island, approximately 3-4 evening events per year (predominantly readings and small music concerts) also need technical support. These have so far been managed as "offline events" and include the technical support of the museum's own equipment. Furthermore, events take place in a limited scope at the branch locations (Verkehrszentrum – Theresienhöhe, Flugwerft Schleißheim – Oberschleißheim), with approximately 6 events per year expected at each location. For the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum, Am Bavariapark 5, 80339 Munich, this specifically means the technical support of the permanently installed media technology via touchpad in the auditorium of Hall 3 with two wireless microphone systems, one permanently installed camera, and one screen. In the Flugwerft Schleißheim, Effnerplatz 1, 85764 Oberschleißheim, the Lilienthal Hall needs to be supported; the existing technical equipment consists of two wireless microphone systems and a ceiling projector. For all the aforementioned quantities, there is no acceptance obligation by the contracting authority.
