Standard consulting services. The framework agreement covers consulting, moderation, and support services to accompany Nordwasser GmbH in its further corporate development and in strategic, organizational, commercial, and technical matters. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis within the scope of individual calls. The respective scope of services will be specifically defined by the client on a case-by-case and project-related basis. The respective scope of services will be defined by the client. The services require in-depth technical and methodological expertise, particularly in the context of water and wastewater infrastructure. There is no entitlement to specific calls. The contractor is excluded from taking over line functions. The services may include, in particular, the following areas: In the area of strategy and corporate development, strategies will be developed, updated, and reviewed. Strategic goals, programs, and action portfolios will be derived, and decision bases will be created. In addition, control systems will be established and strategy communication will be supported. In the area of governance and committee support, steering committees and working groups will be prepared, moderated, and followed up. Decision proposals will be prepared, and governance and coordination processes will be designed and accompanied. Conflict and escalation situations can be moderated. In the area of organizational development, change, and culture, organizational analyses will be carried out and target structures will be developed. Change processes will be conceived and accompanied. Workshops will be prepared and moderated, and communication and participation formats will be designed. In the area of process management, processes will be analyzed, standardized, and optimized. Key performance indicator systems will be developed, and the implementation of improvement measures will be supported. In the area of economic efficiency and control, economic efficiency and risk analyses will be carried out. Budget, planning, and control processes will be supported. In addition, procurement strategies will be prepared, and reporting and controlling approaches will be developed. In the area of technical topics, innovations, and energy, concepts, technologies, and technical options will be evaluated. Pilot projects will be accompanied, and coordination between technical, economic, and strategic requirements will be supported. In the area of project management, projects will be planned, managed, and monitored. Project management structures will be established, progress will be controlled, and project teams will be moderated. The mentioned service areas are not exhaustive. The content defined in the individual calls is exclusively decisive for the respective service provision. Special consulting services: The subject of this lot is specialized consulting and support services, particularly in the area of asset management for technical concepts and innovations of Nordwasser GmbH. The services will be provided on an as-needed and project-related basis within the scope of individual calls. The respective scope of services will be defined by the client. The services require in-depth technical and methodological expertise, particularly in the context of water and wastewater infrastructure. There is no entitlement to specific calls. The contractor is excluded from taking over line functions. The services may include, in particular, the analysis, evaluation, and further development of existing approaches and methods for condition recording and assessment of assets. This also includes examining transferability to different asset classes and identifying optimization potential. Furthermore, services for the analysis and further development of asset strategies may be provided. This includes, in particular, the structured evaluation of existing strategic approaches, the contribution of external technical perspectives, and support in deriving optimization and action possibilities. Another possible service component is methodological support in the development and further development of criteria and approaches for assessing the importance and criticality of assets. The goal here may be, in particular, to improve the basis for decisions regarding planning, prioritization, and investments. The services may include analytical, conceptual, and moderative elements and will be carried out in close coordination with the client. The mentioned service areas are not exhaustive. The content defined in the respective individual call is exclusively decisive for the respective service provision.
