Framework agreement for D&O insurance.

The subject of the contract is D&O insurance with a sum insured of EUR 50 million per claim and for all claims in an insurance period combined. The insurance coverage is tendered on a "net" basis. This means that no commissions or brokerages are to be included in the offer (without insurance tax and commission-free). Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank aims to award the framework agreement exclusively to insurance companies; brokers are expressly not permitted. A framework agreement for a maximum term of 4 years (= max. 4 insurance periods) is being tendered. After a maximum of 4 years, the contract will be re-tendered EU-wide. The insurance period begins on 01.10.2026, 12:00 noon and ends on 01.10.2027, 12:00 noon. The insurance will be automatically extended by 1 year unless terminated at least three months before the end of the respective insurance period. The details of the service to be provided are set out in the terms and conditions together with the annexes (see Part II). The service offered is tendered in 2 lots (Following Form). The division of the lots is as follows: Lot 1 D&O primary insurance, with a sum insured of EUR 25 million (Insurance, alternatively Co-Insurance). Within the lot, there are the following options to achieve the sum insured: - 100% sum insured - 60% sum insured (Leading) - 40% sum insured (Participating) Lot 2: Excess insurance, with a sum insured of EUR 25 million (Insurance alternatively Co-Insurance) Within the lot, there are the following options to achieve the sum insured: - 100% sum insured - 60% sum insured (Leading) - 40% sum insured (Participating)
