Verunreinigungen auf Verkehrsflächen im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Regionalniederlassung Rhein-Berg, hervorgerufen durch Öl- und Kraftstoffe oder sonstige Betriebsmittel, sind fachgerecht nach den aktuellen Regeln und unter Einhaltung der einschlägigen Gesetze und Vorschriften zu beseitigen. Die dabei anfallenden Abfälle sind ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Diese Ausschreibung umfasst den Kreis Mettmann (südlicher Teil) und die kreisfreien Städte Leverkusen, Remscheid, Solingen und Wuppertal, dieser Bereich wird durch die zwei Straßenmeistereien Burscheid und Solingen mit Bundes- und Landesstraßen betreut. Einsatzbereitschaft: 365 Tage/Jahr, 24 Stunden/Tag, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen innerhalb der angegebenen Laufzeiten. Nachweis der einzusetzenden Reinigungsfahrzeuge mit Zertifizierung nach VDI Richtlinien VDI 4089 oder gleichwertig.
