Beträffande färjor har samtliga idag undantag från kravet att lämna i hamn, men trots det har Beställaren skyldighet att kunna ta emot om så skulle bli aktuellt. Avseende kryssningsfartyg omfattar ramavtalet allt avfall, dvs. även avfall som omfattas av kommunalt monopol. Även en option gällande hantering av sludge och scrubbers ingår i upphandlingen. Denna är dock inte tvingande att offerera
