Framework agreement consulting services, Fire

This tender, originating from Sweden and sourced via ted, is titled "Ramavtal konsulttjänster, Brand." This translates to "Framework agreement for consultancy services, Fire." The contracting authority is seeking to establish a framework agreement for specialized consultancy services related to fire safety and protection. This implies a need for ongoing or ad-hoc expert advice on fire prevention strategies, risk assessments, building fire safety design, emergency planning, and compliance with Swedish fire safety regulations. Framework agreements are utilized to efficiently procure expert services over a period. Typical requirements for fire safety consultants include extensive knowledge of fire dynamics, building codes, relevant legislation (e.g., the Swedish Planning and Building Act), and experience in conducting fire risk assessments and developing safety plans. Bidders will be evaluated on their technical expertise, qualifications of their consultants, track record in similar projects, and their proposed service structure. The agreement will enable the contracting authority to access specialized fire safety expertise as required.
